International Trading Process

Many companies do business with other countries, like importing and exporting. How to do business by trading? Today I want to introduce you an exporting process. First, Sales Department has to get firm orders from customers. Then Purchasing Department release the orders to vendors. The factory produce all parts for the orders. After the process is finished, the workers need to prepare all parkaging and make sure it is hard. At the same time, Shipping Department needs to confirm shipping details and book a ship for the shipment. The information includes ETD (estimated time of departure), ETA (estimated time of arrival) and S/A (shipping advice). Not only these but also documents are required. The prepared invoice, packing list and B/L are sent to customers. The process seems to complete so far, but don't forget to make collections and remind customers for the payment, money is very important. Finally, selling goods and providing good service, that will make company sustainable business.

    Great work! Thank you for helping me understand how business is done!

    First Sales Department have to get firm orders from customers.
    -->First, ....has to confirm...

    After finished, the workers need to prepare all parking and make sure it is hard.
    -->After the process is finished
    Or
    -->After the stage of production...

    parking-->packaging

    need-->needs...

    Not only these but also documents.
    -->Not only...documents are required.

    They make invoice, parking list and B/L, and send to customers.
    -->Why not using passive tense in this sentence
    -->The prepared invoice, parking list...are sent...

    The process seems to complete so far. But don't forget to make collections and push customers for the payment, money is very important.
    -->In formal writing, we don't like to see a sentence starting with 'But'. Can you combine it with the previous sentence?

    push-->how about 'urge', 'remind'?
